Jamie Naylor is a senior experienced-hire recruiter in KSM’s Cincinnati office. Jamie supports the firm’s experienced-hire recruiting process by sourcing, interviewing, and identifying highly qualified professionals across a variety of service lines and industries. He focuses on building meaningful relationships with candidates while helping attract top talent to support the firm’s continued growth.
Prior to joining KSM, Jamie served as a talent acquisition experience-hire recruiter for a Big Four accounting firm, where he supported both the financial services and commercial sectors. He has experience recruiting professionals ranging from mid-level roles to executive leadership across accounting, tax, audit, finance, technology, cybersecurity, data and analytics, risk management, and other specialized business functions.
Jamie attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he studied health administration and gerontology.
