Harsha Nalla is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit & Assurance Services Group. Harsha leads the firm’s efforts to cultivate a dedicated team of offshore professionals who can support KSM’s service lines. She also manages KSM’s strategic process for offshore delivery.
Prior to joining KSM, Harsha mostly recently served as an assurance director for a top 10 accounting firm, where she also led the firm’s U.S./India office integration. Additionally, she has previously worked as an auditor at two Big Four firms. Harsha has more than 20 years of professional experience serving complex alternative funds, manufacturing, technology, insurance, and pharma clients.
Harsha received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nagarjuna University. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, she holds the designation of Chartered Accountant through The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Harsha is a member of ICAI’s Dallas Chapter, where she serves as vice chair and treasurer.
