Gerald brings more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, and strategic advisory. He began his career in software development and solution architecture, later evolving into a trusted advisor to leadership teams seeking to improve operations and decision-making through technology.
Prior to joining KSM, Gerald co-founded and served as president of Ink + Insight Co., a technology and digital solutions firm. In this role, he led business strategy, product development, and operations, helping organizations across industries implement scalable systems and digital solutions that enhanced performance and growth.

Gerald received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Taylor University.
