Esteban Rodriguez is the manager of AI, analytics, and automation in KSM’s Information Technology Services Group. With more than 15 years of experience in data management and business intelligence, Esteban helps organizations turn raw data into meaningful insights that support better decisions, operational efficiency, and long-term strategy.

He works closely with clients to develop scalable data platforms, implement modern analytics strategies, and explore AI-driven solutions that unlock new opportunities. Whether advising on enterprise data architecture, leading cloud migration initiatives, or automating reporting and forecasting processes, Esteban brings a thoughtful and practical approach to every engagement.

Before joining KSM, Esteban led data and AI practices at multiple consulting firms, including Stoneridge Software and KiZAN Technologies. He has served clients in a variety of industries, such as healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and professional services, and is highly experienced with Microsoft’s data and AI technologies, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure Machine Learning.
