Doug Allgood

Doug Allgood is senior vice president of managed intelligence services in KSM’s Intelligent Technology Services Group, where he leads this service area. He advises executive leadership teams on technology strategy, cybersecurity, compliance, and organizational growth, helping clients navigate complex business and technology challenges with confidence and build technology environments that support their long-term goals.

Known for his people-first leadership style, Doug is passionate about building strong teams, fostering meaningful client relationships, and creating cultures rooted in trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Throughout his career, he has partnered with numerous not-for-profit organizations, helping them improve operational efficiency, maximize resources, and better serve their communities.

Prior to joining KSM, Doug served as president and CEO of Blackink IT, an Indianapolis-based managed services provider, where he spent more than 12 years. Earlier in his career, Doug held leadership positions where he gained experience in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and business transformation.
