Dan Roach is a manager in KSM’s Valuation Services Group. Dan provides information to help clients make informed business decisions through valuations for estate plans and gift programs, corporate mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and litigation support.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as an investment accounting supervisor for a fund administration firm in Indianapolis, where he performed general ledger, portfolio, and reporting functions for single-family office clients. He also assisted these family office clients with tax filings, audit requests, and wealth planning.
Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree in both accounting and finance from Grand Valley State University as well as a Master of Science degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
