Chelsea Carr is a manager in KSM’s Tax Services Group. Chelsea focuses on research and development (R&D) tax credit services, helping clients identify, document, and substantiate qualifying activities to maximize available tax incentives and improve cash flow. She works with businesses across a variety of industries to analyze complex technical projects and translate them into compliant and sustainable tax credit strategies. She also helps clients navigate evolving tax regulations and implement processes that support accurate and efficient credit claims.
Chelsea brings more than 10 years of experience in R&D tax credit services. Prior to joining KSM, she held multiple roles at a national consulting firm, where she worked closely with clients to assess eligibility, perform detailed credit calculations, and support audit defense efforts.
Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a minor in management information systems, from Butler University.
