Brian Lang is a director in KSM’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. He provides strategic guidance to private equity firms, investors, and business owners, helping them navigate complex financial transactions on both the buy side and sell side. With a focus on due diligence and financial analysis, Brian evaluates businesses’ financial performance and helps clients identify and address key risks and opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Brian has significant experience in financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings analysis, and deal execution support. Over the course of his career, he has led engagements across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, business services, and technology.
Prior to joining KSM, Brian served as a director at a leading national accounting firm, where he delivered transaction advisory services to clients nationwide.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Carolina.
