Brian Kuthy

Brian Kuthy is the director of information security for KSM, where he leads the firm’s information security strategy and governance. Brian brings real-world security experience and a strategic lens to building resilient, business-aligned programs. He oversees initiatives that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of KSM’s systems and data, while partnering with firm leadership and IT to strengthen compliance and foster a proactive security culture.

Prior to joining KSM, Brian served as information security lead at Everly Health, a cloud-native healthcare organization, where he advanced a comprehensive cybersecurity roadmap and maturity program. His work focused on aligning information security initiatives with business goals and enhancing compliance with key industry frameworks and regulations such as HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA.

With more than a decade of experience in information security, Brian has built and led resilient security programs that protect critical systems and data across complex and highly regulated environments.

An important lesson I’ve learned in my career is that security is as much about collaboration and trust as it is about technology. The strongest programs come from helping people understand why security matters – not just enforcing rules.
