Brendan Leahy is a manager in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Brendan performs both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence to help buyers and sellers understand the full financial picture of a business and make informed decisions. He closely examines financial performance for key indicators in order to assess a transaction’s risk and verify the business’s quality of earnings.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan served as a senior audit associate for a leading professional services firm in Chicago, where he helped ensure the accuracy and completeness of a business’s financial reporting. He served clients in several different industries, including distribution, professional services, mortgage lending, and financial services.
Brendan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from St. Norbert College in Green Bay, WI.
