Ben Baken is a senior manager in KSM’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Ben advises private equity and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, performing financial due diligence and delivering actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions. He has experience across a broad range of industries and brings deep deal expertise to complex transactions.
Prior to joining KSM, Ben worked in the transaction advisory services practice of a top 10 accounting firm, where he managed numerous complex M&A engagements and supported clients through all phases of the deal lifecycle.
Ben received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Penn State University.
