Becca Graffam is a manager in KSM’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Through performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, she helps private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and sellers gain a comprehensive understanding of a business’s financial health and operations. By analyzing key financial indicators, she assesses potential risks, evaluates quality of earnings, and delivers insights that support informed decision-making throughout the transaction process.
Prior to joining KSM, Becca served as a transaction advisory manager for a top 10 accounting firm. Her background also includes time spent with a Big Four firm, where she performed audit and assurance services. Her varied experience enables her to provide valuable insights to clients as they navigate complex financial decisions.
Becca received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Miami.
