Alix Zervas

Alix Zervas is director of advisory operations for KSM. In her role, Alix works closely with firm leadership to enhance the effectiveness of KSM’s advisory service groups by driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration across teams. She helps implement strategies that strengthen service delivery, position the advisory practice for sustainable growth, and ensure a seamless client experience. Beyond operational strategy, Alix is deeply invested in talent development, working to create an environment where team members can grow, thrive, and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s success.

Previously, Alix served as a director in KSM’s Business Advisory Group, where she worked closely with clients on a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business matters to help them minimize tax liabilities and ensure tax compliance. She also has extensive experience in tax planning, tax analysis, and forecasts and projections.

An important lesson I’ve learned in my career is to start at the bottom and read up whenever an email is forwarded to you. Early on, this helped me communicate more effectively and efficiently with clients as well as coworkers.
