Alexander Zoref is an analyst with KSM Corporate Finance, formerly Charter Capital Partners. Alexander supports investment banking and transaction advisory engagements through financial analysis, company and industry research, due diligence, and the preparation of client materials. He works alongside senior team members to evaluate strategic opportunities and provide clients with the analysis and information needed to make informed decisions throughout the transaction process.
Prior to joining KSM, Alexander interned with Charter Capital Partners, where he gained experience supporting sell-side and buy-side engagements. His background also includes internships in investment banking, private equity, and equity research.
Alexander received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he majored in finance and international business.
