Nathan Potter is a partner in KSM’s Business Advisory Group. Nathan advises clients on corporate structure and strategic tax planning, identifying opportunities to optimize their tax position while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. He also works extensively with high-net-worth individuals, helping them navigate complex income and estate tax matters with forward-looking strategies designed to preserve wealth and ensure long-term financial security. Nathan serves clients in a wide variety of industries.
The most important lesson I’ve learned in my career is that success is built on hard work and trust – showing up every day with integrity, following through on commitments, and doing the little things the right way. When people know they can rely on you, success will naturally follow.
Nathan graduated summa cum laude from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a concentration in finance. He also achieved the Certificate of Advanced Accountancy.
Nathan is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and a previous member of the Young Professionals Board for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana. He enjoys volunteering in community-wide outreach projects through his membership at Traders Point Christian Church and also serves as a Little League baseball coach for his son’s teams.
