KSM Earns ClearlyRated’s 2026 Best of Accounting Award for Eighth Consecutive Year

INDIANAPOLIS – KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, has once again been recognized by ClearlyRated with the Best of Accounting^® Award, celebrating the firm’s continued commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. This marks the eighth consecutive year KSM has received the honor, a testament to the strength of its client relationships and service-first culture.

The Best of Accounting Award is based solely on client feedback, and KSM’s clients continue to score the firm well above industry benchmarks. Their responses reflect not only satisfaction with the work being delivered, but confidence in the trusted partnerships built along the way.

For a fourth year, KSM also received ClearlyRated’s 5-Year Gold Award, a distinction reserved for firms that have won the Best of Accounting honor for at least five consecutive years.

KSM’s dedication to client service is reflected in its latest survey results. The firm received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 83% of its clients, a figure that far exceeds the industry average of 48%. KSM also earned a Net Promoter^® Score (NPS) of 81, more than double the industry’s average of 38. NPS, used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies for measuring client satisfaction, relies on a single survey question asking clients how likely they are to recommend businesses to a friend or colleague. According to global NPS standards, an NPS score of 50+ is deemed excellent, with 70 and above considered “world-class.”
