Christopher Naviaux Joins KSM as Chief Information Officer

INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller, a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Christopher Naviaux has joined the firm as chief information officer to lead IT operations, developing business strategies and technologies to simplify business processes and enhance company agility.

As chief information officer, Naviaux will play a pivotal role in KSM’s ongoing digital transformation, collaborating with firm leadership to drive business performance and continued organizational success. His responsibilities include leading technology strategy, compliance, cybersecurity, and training to deliver efficient and effective client support.

Naviaux most recently served as chief information officer for Weaver Fundraising in Indianapolis, where he provided fundraising solutions for nonprofit organizations, including infrastructure and hardware and software applications supporting multiple business divisions.

Prior to joining Weaver Fundraising, Naviaux served as an executive consultant to Cummins, leading and implementing business intelligence solutions designed to provide insight into the health and direction of company finances. He began his career as a system administrator at Eli Lilly and Company, moving to a project manager role before serving as a senior project manager for IBM. He then transitioned to his role as enterprise IT technical manager with KAR Auction Services.

“As KSM’s chief information officer, I will use my experience across various industries to help not only run the day-to-day operations but also to help shape the technology of the firm to be as efficient and effective as possible,” said Naviaux. “Transformation begins with people, and I look forward to collaborating with KSM’s stakeholders to continue moving the firm’s information technology goals forward.”

Naviaux graduated with a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is based in KSM’s Indianapolis office.
