The State of Philanthropy: An Analysis of Giving USA Data From 2022 and Today's Trends

On June 28, join Katz, Sapper & Miller and Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at IUPUI’s Dr. Anna Pruitt as we discuss insights from her work on Giving USA Foundation’s annual report on philanthropy. Dr. Pruitt is the managing editor of Giving USA and associate director of research at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Giving USA is the longest-running study of the sources and uses of philanthropy in America, providing 68 years’ worth of data on giving trends in the U.S.

The presentation will cover the following topics:

• Discussion on the state of charitable giving in Indiana
• What the data means for 2023 and beyond
