Lindsey Hurt is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Lindsey helps private equity firms and strategic investors better understand their deals through conducting financial due diligence, performing quality-of-earnings and working capital analyses, and advising on valuation-related matters. She has worked on more than 100 transactions, ranging from $1 million to $500 million of enterprise value, in the manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and commercial services industries.
Prior to joining KSM, Lindsey spent more than a decade working for Big Four firms, where she led buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial due diligence for private equity investors.
Lindsey graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi.
Lindsey volunteers with the Junior League of Dallas, where she participates in community service projects with several healthcare and education agencies.
