Benjamin Floreancig is an associate in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Tax Services Group. Benjamin identifies innovative solutions to minimize taxes, particularly through the use of clean energy credits and research and development tax credits, so his clients can invest more into their business. He also provides technical review of federal income tax issues and assists in tax controversy matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked for several years as a public school math teacher.

Benjamin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Purdue University and a Master of Arts degree in political science from the University of Illinois. He also graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and was a member of the Order of the Barristers.

Benjamin is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Tax Section special interest group. He serves as a committee member for KSM’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative.
