Michael Fennerty Named an Emerging Leader in Mergers & Acquisitions

Michael Fennerty, director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Transaction Advisory Services Group, has been named an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor.

The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leader Award recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young merger and acquisition (M&A), finance, and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success in their careers and who make notable contributions to their industry and community. The 2023 winners will be introduced and celebrated at the 2023 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit this fall in New York City.

Fennerty has extensive experience collaborating with middle-market private equity firms, strategic buyers, and venture capital firms, and he uses his diverse expertise to help clients identify financial risks and opportunities, pinpoint complex accounting and fraud issues, and understand valuation and deal structuring. Additionally, he provides sell-side transaction advisory services to sellers and investment banks to address and mitigate deal issues early in the sale process, helping preserve company value and increase the transaction’s certainty of closing.
