Lindsey Hurt Joins KSM as Director in Transaction Advisory Services Group
INDIANAPOLIS – Katz, Sapper & Miller, a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm, is pleased to announce that Lindsey Hurt has joined the firm as a director in its Transaction Advisory Services Group.
Hurt will work with private equity firms and strategic investors to help them better understand their deals through financial due diligence, quality of earnings and working capital analyses, and advising on valuation-related matters.
“We’re thrilled to have Lindsey join our transaction advisory team,” said Jennifer Miller, partner and co-leader of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. “Her technical expertise and significant deal experience will be assets both for our team and for our clients.”
Hurt brings with her a wealth of transactional knowledge and experience, having worked on more than 100 transactions in a variety of industries over the course of her career. She most recently served as a deal advisory director for a Big Four firm, where she led buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements and provided financial due diligence for private equity investors.
Hurt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance from Texas Christian University and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi.
