Steve Warner, partner-in-charge of Katz, Sapper & Miller's Transaction Services Group, will serve as a panelist at Faegre Baker Daniels’ 2017 M&A Conference. Taking place May 9 at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, the conference provides dealmakers the opportunity to learn about the latest industry trends, discuss complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) topics, and network with others in the local M&A community.

Warner’s session, titled “Financial Factors Driving Deals: Quality Earnings, Projections & Adjustments to EBITDA,” will explore the art and science of identifying, successfully presenting and evaluating critical financial deal factors. Warner, who has been a member of the firm since 1990, has significant expertise in transaction-related activities, including financial due diligence, business structure and valuation-related matters.

The Indianapolis conference, in its fifth year, will feature panel discussions led by nationally recognized leaders in strategic and private equity M&A, finance, tax, accounting, law, investment banking and other areas of business. Other sessions at the conference will include the following:
