KSM to Host Construction Industry Update

KSM’s Construction Services Group will host a Construction Industry Update Aug. 15 in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, IN.

The event will feature Alex Miller, managing director of FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., who will discuss current economic trends in the construction industry, as well as the merger and acquisition climate and what it means for construction companies in today’s market.

Miller works closely with engineering and construction industry firms both domestically and internationally, focusing on merger and acquisitions (seller and buyer representation), growth strategy, ownership transfers, and valuations.
