Major Economic Development Changes to Taxes and TIFs, and How to Do Economic Development Deals in This Changing Environment

The 2014 session of the Indiana General Assembly is the latest in a run of several legislative sessions containing law changes that significantly affect the economic development efforts of localities in Indiana, including tax abatement, TIFs, and taxes in general. (Read the summary of law changes.)
