Katherine Malarsky, director in KSM’s Tax Services Group, will examine new tax developments as they relate to international tax at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum’s (ICLEF) “Practical Tax Law: Speed Dating with Taxes” seminar Dec. 10.

The event, held at the ICLEF Conference Facility in Indianapolis, will provide attorneys of all backgrounds practical tax law updates. At the conclusion of Malarsky’s presentation, “International Update: Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI) and Structure Considerations,” participants will be able to:

  • Gain a general understanding of important tax law changes as they impact international tax
  • Analyze and determine the impact of the new regulations issued around GILTI
