Buildings and equipment wear out over time, and nonprofit organizations too often lack the planning processes required for future repair or replacement costs. Join us October 27 at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne as we discuss not only how to plan for this inevitable reality, but also how to budget and identify funding mechanisms. 
The professionals from Katz, Sapper & Miller, KSM Consulting and Michael Kinder and Sons will discuss:
  • Developing a technology plan, including assessing IT needs, rotating equipment and budgeting
  • Capital replacement plans, including lifecycle maintenance, emergency plans and energy solutions 
  • Planning for the financial side of repair and replacement
Registration is FREE, but seating is limited to 40 people with no more than two individuals per organization. Lunch will be provided.
