William S. Harlow

PROFILE

Bill Harlow is director of Business Development for Katz, Sapper & Miller. He works with various partners and directors identifying new client opportunities and relationships for the firm. Bill has more than 20 years of business development experience in professional services, including 12 years in tax and audit. Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years with a Big Four accounting firm and six years with a regional state and local tax consulting firm.

Bill also has extensive experience with federal, state and local, and international tax solutions, including personal property and real estate tax, sales and use tax, research and development tax credits, and cost segregation services.

EDUCATION

Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from The Ohio State University.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Bill has been involved with various United Way fundraising drives and is a ReadUP volunteer for the organization. He is a lifetime member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association and a past board member of the Indy Partnership Center. Bill also serves as a reading coach for Indy Reads.
