Bill Thomas is a director of taxation for Katz, Sapper & Miller. He has been with the firm since 1998. Bill began his professional career in the audit division of a Big Four firm. He advises clients regarding business entity formation issues, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial management, and personal financial planning. He has extensive experience in taxation issues of S corporations, limited liability companies, regular corporations and individuals.

EDUCATION

Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University.

Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Indiana CPA Society, and the Personal Financial Planning Division of the AICPA.
