Tom Nowak is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Fort Wayne office and is a member of the firm’s Business Advisory Group. Tom has been with the firm since 1988 and in public accounting since 1986.
Tom provides companies of varying sizes with strategic tax planning and compliance services. Additionally, he offers experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, cash management, financing, forecasts and projections, and business structuring.
Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and management from Ball State University.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. He serves on the board of directors and as education chair for the Indiana Subcontractors Association.
Tom recently served as president of the Central Indiana Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, treasurer of the Carmel Clay Chamber of Commerce, and treasurer of the Carmel Clay Veterans Memorial Corporation. Tom is currently active in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, and the Ball State University Alumni Association. Tom is also a recent graduate of United Way’s Ardath Burkhart Leadership United Series.
