PROFILE

Steve Warner is a partner with Katz, Sapper & Miller and has been a member of the firm since 1990. As the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Transaction Services Group, Steve has significant expertise in transaction-related activities, including financial due diligence, business structure and valuation-related matters.

Steve is also a member of the firm’s Healthcare Resources Group. He advises healthcare clients in the areas of strategic planning, hospital/physician integration, budgeting, financing, and tax planning.

Additionally, Steve has extensive experience with fair market value assessments related to healthcare transactions, including, but not limited to, service agreements and billing arrangements.

EDUCATION

Steve graduated summa cum laude from Saint Joseph's College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He also received a Master in Business Administration degree from Indiana University.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Medical Group Management Association. He is also an advisory board member of the Arthritis Foundation (Indiana Chapter), president of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (Indiana Chapter), a member of Grace Community Church, and chair of the Westfield Family Sports Commission.
