PROFILE

Steve Wagman is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller's Business Advisory Group. He has been with the firm since 1975. As a management advisor to his clients, Steve offers experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, cash management, financing, forecasts and projections, tax planning, and business structuring. He has special expertise in automobile dealerships, medical practices and real estate.

EDUCATION

Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Parsons College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. He currently serves as treasurer and board member of the Indianapolis Senior Center, board member and head of the finance committee of the Damien Center, and president and board member of the Lockerbie Square Foundation and People’s Club. He is also treasurer, board member and head of the audit committee of the Athenaeum Foundation. Steve has served on the board, and is past president and treasurer, of Broadmoor Country Club.
