Scott Price is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit & Assurance Services Group. Specializing in financial services and real estate, Scott helps clients ensure accurate financial reporting, avoid risk, and ensure that strong, efficient control structures are in place across all financial processes. Scott also consults with his clients on various federal and state tax issues. He is a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Real Estate Services Groups.
A now-retired KSM partner told me early in my career, “Even though you have a lot of clients, treat each client like they are your only client, because KSM is their only accountant.” That piece of advice has stuck with me, and I think it exemplifies what our clients expect from KSM.
Scott graduated with distinction from Manchester College (now Manchester University) with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree.
Scott is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society. He currently serves on the President’s Advisory Council of the Children’s Organ Transplant Association. Additionally, Scott is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America and serves on the executive board and audit and finance committees of the Crossroads of America Council.
