PROFILE

Scott Price is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit and Assurance Services Department. He has been with the firm since 1995. Scott’s background includes providing audit, review and attestation services to a diverse clientele in numerous industries. He advises clients on a variety of accounting, financial disclosure, auditing, compliance, risk management and internal control matters. Scott also consults with his clients on various federal and state tax issues. He is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Services Group and the Not-for-Profit and Governmental Services Group.

EDUCATION

Scott graduated with distinction from Manchester College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Scott is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. He is chairman of the board of directors of the Children’s Organ Transplant Association and is also actively involved in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
