PROFILE

Robert Saling is a practice manager with KSM Consulting, LLC. His primary responsibility is overseeing the Sales and Marketing practice. Robert’s experience spans more than 25 years in management, operations and business development in both corporate and entrepreneurial organizations. Trained as an engineer, his ability to analyze complex situations and design solutions to achieve best outcomes has been the foundation of his business success.

Robert has served as a top sales manager for a Fortune 100 company, and he successfully grew a start-up business to be named as one of Inc. 500’s fastest growing companies. He has also worked with clients as an independent business consultant.

EDUCATION

Robert received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering technology from Western Kentucky University.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Robert is considered a Competent Communicator and member of Toastmasters. He is a Leadership Development and Management (LEAD) candidate and has earned certifications from Information Technology Infrastructure Library and Hoshin Business Planning. He is also recognized by The Wackel Group as a sales coach.

Robert serves on the board of directors of Roncalli High School, LHP Software, and EA Hunter. He is president of the Southside Catholic Business Professionals and also a coach and volunteer for St. Barnabas Parish and the YMCA.
