Mike Lee is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller's Audit and Assurance Services Department. He advises clients in a variety of business decisions and financial reporting matters. Areas in which he is involved include mergers and acquisitions as well as the accounting for financial and derivative instruments. Mike was a member of a national accounting firm for more than 12 years and has served as a CFO with a privately held company. His unique combination of public accounting and industry experience provides clients with balanced and relevant business advice.

EDUCATION

Mike graduated with distinction from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
