PROFILE

Mike North is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit and Assurance Services Department. Mike supervises audits and reviews of financial statements as well as the preparation of tax returns. He is also involved in advising clients in tax, accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal control matters. Mike serves on the firm’s Buy Here – Pay Here (BHPH) Services Group, Dealerships Services Group and Construction Services Group.

EDUCATION

Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he serves as a CPA ambassador, and the Indiana CPA Society. Mike is a frequent presenter and author concerning tax and accounting issues that surround leasing and the BHPH industry. 

Mike serves as treasurer of The Villages, which provides foster parent and adoptive services for children throughout Indiana. Mike is also a member of the United Way Corporate Volunteer Council and the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety Membership Committee.
