Mentoring Program

Staff members also have the opportunity to participate in KSM's Mentoring Program. The objective of the KSM Mentoring Program is to increase a staff member's technical knowledge and skills, to gain an understanding of firm services and markets, and to develop a personal career roadmap. The mentor is responsible for listening, giving advice, and introducing the staff member to technical and practice development issues as well as community involvement opportunities.
