KSM University

Life-long learning is extremely important at KSM. Whether you are a new college graduate or an experienced hire, we will provide comprehensive training opportunities to meet your development needs and help you grow with the firm. One such opportunity is KSM University, a series of classes taught by partners, staff, members of the human resources department, professional consultants and university professors. New college graduates in particular may receive up to 60 hours of training in each of their first two years at KSM to help prepare them for the challenges of a career in public accounting. CPAs will also have plenty of opportunities to meet their annual training requirement of 40 hours to maintain their CPA license. 

Of course, the best training you’ll receive goes beyond the classroom. Soon after starting at KSM you will be working closely with partners, directors and managers who will guide and assist you with your day-to-day projects and in your career aspirations.
