Keith Gambrel is the partner-in-charge of Katz, Sapper & Miller's Audit and Assurance Services Group. Keith manages a staff of assurance professionals who provide audit, review and other assurance services to a wide variety of clients in many industries. He advises clients and firm members on accounting, financial disclosure, auditing, compliance, risk management, professional ethics and internal control matters. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, Keith spent 13 years with a national accounting firm in Chicago. His expertise in a variety of complex business matters provides ongoing benefit to KSM’s market presence and sustained growth.
Keith co-chairs the firm’s Not-for-Profit and Government Services Groups as well as the Real Estate Services Group. During recent years, KSM’s Real Estate Services Group has grown to a dominant market position, serving many locally based and nationally recognized real estate companies. Since 2001, Keith has served as one of the two members of KSM’s Executive Committee, sharing in the strategic growth, vision and success of the firm.
Keith graduated with distinction and honors from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Keith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, the Illinois CPA Society and the Government Finance Officers Association. He is an alumnus of the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Program and has been honored as a Range Line Pioneer by the city of Carmel, and a Sagamore of the Wabash, by the state of Indiana for his fervent community service. Currently serving on the board of directors of Conner Prairie Museum, Christian Theological Seminary and The Educational CHOICE Charitable Trust, Keith was previously treasurer of the Indianapolis Local Organizing Committee of the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four.
