Karen Noel is a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Employee Benefit Plan Services Group. Karen’s background includes providing retirement plan and consulting services to clients in numerous industries. She has considerable experience in the design, implementation and administration of qualified retirement plans, including pension plans, profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans and cafeteria plans, and nonqualified retirement plans.

EDUCATION

Karen received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Indiana State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Anderson University.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Karen is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and holds a designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator. She is also a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville Auxiliary and serves on the board of the Sharon L. Bassett Foundation.
