PROFILE

Joe Scott is the CEO and co-founder of KSM Profit Advisors, LLC (KSMPA), a Katz, Sapper & Miller Company. As CEO of KSMPA, Joe uses proven methodologies to analyze current overhead and direct expenses in order to develop, recommend and assist in implementing strategic cost reduction programs. Prior to founding KSMPA, he founded JS&A, Inc. in 1993 with a business purpose of assisting medium-sized business owners with financial management and cost control consulting. In addition to serving on private company and community boards, Joe worked for a Fortune 100 consulting firm and served as CFO of a privately held international company.

Joe has worked with numerous national and international clients in the broadcasting, manufacturing, distribution, restaurant, professional, real estate, governmental, entertainment, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. Through his analysis, costs have been reduced and process improved in many cost categories, including pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, office supplies, maintenance agreements, office equipment, travel, raw materials, janitorial supplies, LTL/package freight, computers, office furniture, business forms and printed material, corrugated, packaging, utilities, and telecommunications.

EDUCATION

Joe received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and finance from Hillsdale College.

Joe is a board member and treasurer of Springmill Streams HOA.
