PROFILE

Jeff Warner is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller's Business Advisory Group. He has been with the firm since 1987. Jeff assists clients with tax planning, consulting, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and other business and accounting services. With a background in auditing, Jeff also has experience with assurance services, reporting, compliance and internal control matters. His industry expertise is in restaurants and hospitality, wholesale, retail, manufacturing and construction.

EDUCATION

Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Currently serving as treasurer on the board of Hemophilia of Indiana, Inc., Jeff is a past board member of the Indy Jazz Fest and the Hamilton Southeastern Youth Baseball and Softball League, and he has worked with Junior Achievement and Special Olympics.
