Jason Miller

Jason Miller is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit & Assurance Services Group and the leader of the firm’s Transportation Services Group. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial and strategic goals through open and honest dialogue, well-planned initiatives, and creative problem solving. Jason applies his expertise and deep understanding of operational best practices in the transportation industry to help carriers increase profitability, remain compliant with regulations, and carefully examine potential acquisitions or other transactions. He is a well-respected thought leader and presents at various state trucking association and industry events.

As the partner-in-charge of the firm’s growing IT Risk Advisory Services Group, Jason also oversees a diverse portfolio of system and organization controls (SOC) engagements within various industries to help clients maintain compliance and ensure their internal networks are secure.

Jason’s experience in many different industries provides him with the knowledge and connections needed to advise clients on matters such as debt restructuring, cash flow projections, and general business planning. He also advises clients on a wide variety of accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal control matters.
