PROFILE

Jim Nestor is director of Human Resources for Katz, Sapper & Miller. With 17 years of experience in the human resources field, Jim heads up all human resource efforts for the firm, including HR strategy, internal recruiting, utilization, wellness, benefits, performance management, and training. He has gained extensive experience in performance management and coaching, change management, compensation, talent management, and recruiting while crossing several industries and geographies in his career with companies like GE, WPP Companies (formerly Young & Rubicam), Rolls-Royce and Irwin Union Bank.

EDUCATION

Jim received both a Bachelor of Arts degree in social science and a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations degree from Michigan State University. He holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Jim is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and serves on the Nexia North America Human Resources & Talent Development Steering Committee. He is a past board member of the Carmel Clay Public Library Foundation.
