PROFILE

Brian Eadie is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Healthcare Resources Group. Brian has extensive healthcare consulting experience and provides in-depth consulting in the areas of physician integration, hospital-physician alignment, co-management agreements, practice management, physician compensation, financial management, group practice design, practice start-ups, practice valuations, mergers and reorganizations, strategic planning, retirement plans, and personal financial planning. He also has extensive experience in the taxation of professional practices, professional corporations, S corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, tax-exempt organizations and individuals.

EDUCATION

Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Brian is a Certified Administrator in Physician Practice Management.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, the Medical Group Management Association, the Indiana Medical Group Management Association, and the American Academy of Medical Management. He is a member of Habitat for Humanity of Hamilton County's board of directors and is a past president of the National CPA Health Care Advisors Association.
