Katz, Sapper & Miller's Employee Benefit Plans Services Group is pleased to announce their upcoming workshop that will focus on current issues affecting retirement plan fiduciaries in today’s environment. As a continuation of a recent roundtable, this workshop will give attendees an opportunity to improve their understanding of the role of the fiduciary and better understand best practices for fiduciary committees.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Who is a fiduciary and what does a fiduciary do?
  • How should fiduciary committees be set up and what are best practices?
  • What documentation should be maintained?
  • What education and protection should be provided?

Plan fiduciaries and HR personnel who execute fiduciary duties are encouraged to attend.
