If community outreach matters to you, you’ll love working with us. Our definition of outreach has many sides. For starters, partners and staff dedicate time and resources to hundreds of organizations each year. The firm is also happy to match individual employee contributions to locally based charities and nonprofits.
We’re equally willing to roll up our sleeves and do our part. Each year, Katz, Sapper & Miller hosts a community service project in which we encourage employees to join us in volunteering their time to benefit an area in need.
For the second year in a row, we joined forces with Habitat for Humanity of Hamilton County to take part in a blitz build rehab project of an existing home in Noblesville, Ind. The rehab was unique for any Habitat for Humanity U.S. affiliate, with more than 200 KSM employees dedicating approximately 1,100 work hours to help build, renovate and repair the home in just five business days.
We get it. We all have a role to play in improving the quality of life in Indianapolis and surrounding communities. Community service projects are a great way to give back, encourage team spirit, and build company pride. They’re also lots of fun!
If you feel a similar obligation to leave the world a better place than you found it, you’ll feel right at home here.
