KSM Announces New Directors

Leah Haak is a member of KSM’s Audit and Assurance Services Group. With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Leah specializes in ERISA employee benefit plan audits, helping to protect plan participants and their assets by verifying proper compliance and ensuring fiduciary responsibilities are met.

Jeremy Lill is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. Jeremy develops strategies to minimize tax liabilities and solve complex business challenges for companies and their owners. He serves clients in a multitude of industries, including construction and buy here – pay here dealerships.

Jennifer Miller is a member of KSM’s Audit and Assurance Services Group. Jennifer helps ensure the accuracy and completeness of businesses’ financial reporting. She also has significant experience in transaction-related activities, including financial due diligence. Prior to joining KSM earlier this year, Jennifer served as the finance leader for a national home builder.

Nathan Potter is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. Nathan advises clients on corporate structure and strategic tax planning, identifying opportunities to optimize their tax position while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Nathan works with clients in a number of industries with a focus in transportation and manufacturing and distribution.

Shane Schuh is a member of KSM’s Audit and Assurance Services Group. Shane works with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting and to maximize efficiencies. He serves a number of transportation companies as well as clients in the financial services industry.

Michael Wipper is a member of KSM’s Audit and Assurance Services Group. Mike works with businesses to help ensure accurate financial reporting and to verify that strong and efficient control structures are in place across their financial processes. He also has significant experience in transaction-related matters, working with potential buyers and sellers – including private equity-backed businesses – to assess the quality of earnings for target companies.
