Katz, Sapper & Miller Introduces New Partners in 2019

Katz, Sapper & Miller is pleased to announce our two newest partners, Randy Hooper and Stephen Royster. Both individuals embody KSM’s values, providing innovative solutions and superior service to their clients. We congratulate them on this outstanding achievement.

Randy Hooper is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. Randy helps businesses and their owners navigate complex federal and multistate tax matters to optimize their tax position and comply with reporting requirements. He works with clients across multiple industries, with a particular focus in transportation. Randy received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Indianapolis.

Stephen Royster is a member of KSM’s State and Local Tax Group. Stephen helps clients navigate the multistate tax landscape by advising on state tax law changes, ensuring tax-efficient structuring, and providing macro-level analyses of state tax implications. Stephen received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Butler University.
