Jason Miller to Speak at IMTA’s 2016 Spring Transportation Summit

Jason Miller, a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Transportation Services Group, will lead a discussion on lease accounting updates at Indiana Motor Truck Association’s (IMTA’s) 2016 Spring Transportation Summit.

Taking place April 18 at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station in Indianapolis, Miller’s discussion will provide attendees an update on the new 2020 lease accounting standard, as well as provide best practices for financial statement users.

Jason Miller is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller's Transportation and Audit and Assurance Services Group. Jason focuses on the day-to-day delivery of core KSM services, including financial statement audits, reviews and consulting. He also advises transportation clients on a wide variety of accounting, reporting, compliance and internal control matters.
 


IMTA’s annual Spring Summit, which runs April 18-19, offers industry professionals the ability to network with colleagues and hear professionals discuss hot topics impacting the trucking industry. In addition to the general sessions offered, a carrier and shipper panel will host a discussion around ways to collaborate in order to reduce supply chain obstacles that can negatively impact both cost and service.
